For each vineyard it’s ideal environment

Our lands are located on the south side of Etna, and within the DOC area. This surface is cultivated with vines of the Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio variety for the production of Etna Rosso DOC.

Within the other vineyards we also cultivate Carricante variety for our Etna Bianco DOC, the Chardonnay and the Nero d’Avola, for the production of I.G.P wine.

The vineyards and the olive groves belonging to the Sicilian biodiversity  wind through 13 hectares and are divided between three districts:

Contrada Palmento bianco​

at about 800mt above sea level, adjacent to the Etna Park, where the Nerello Mascalese , Nerello Cappuccio and Carricante varieties are cultivated for our Etna DOC;

Valcorrente

at about 550mt above sea level where we produce our I.G.P. Terre Siciliane wine.

Misericordia

at about 600mt above sea level where we have our olive groves Nocellara Etnea variety, considered among the best cultivars for its intrinsic particularities and unique taste, from which our oil originates the intense flavors and recalls the territory of cultivation.
