The wine is crystal clear with a very lovely soft pink color. Delicate hints of peach blossom and wild
strawberries on the nose, with a rose pepper spice coming through the finish. The mouthfeel is fun;
the wine is crisp and refreshing, tasty and with a classy long finish.
Food and wine pairings:
Served cold during your aperitif it will class up any appetizer; however, his versatility can give you
other interesting options. Ideal with a bowl of traditional Sicilian couscous with fish, or with a Pizza
Margherita with buffalo mozzarella.
